Task Force

People and organizations must work together to change the course of overweight and obesity in Indiana. The Indiana Healthy Weight Initiative Task Force makes this possible.
The Task Force includes about 140 members representing a diverse group or organizations. These members represent state and local government, community organizations, professional organizations, foundations, academia, health care, business, and other groups.
The Task Force includes ten workgroups. These workgroups focus on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a state plan to address overweight and obesity.
