Indiana Code (IC) 12-17.2 establishes the authority for Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, Division of Family Resources to regulate child care in the State. It also authorizes the division to adopt rules to implement the federal Child Care and Development Fund voucher program administered by the Division of Family Resources, Bureau of Child Care for the State.

Head Start Program Performance Standards and Other Regulations
The performance standards and other regulations of Head Start, which include information on the health and safety of a child.

USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
Provides nutritious meals and snacks to children in child care centers, day care homes, after school care programs, and adults in day care centers through a system of cash reimbursement to independent centers and sponsoring organizations that meet Federal nutritional guidelines.
